Robert A. Rose is an associate attorney with Hirschl Mullen. Mr. Rose obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, before going on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Mr. Rose has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 1991 and became a Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law from The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in 2003. Throughout his career, Mr. Rose has represented employers, insurance companies, third party administrators and uninsured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation including Labor Code §132a discrimination allegations and Serious and Willful misconduct claims.
