Will McHenry is a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Hirschl Mullen. Prior to attending law school, Mr. McHenry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. He then worked for a multinational environmental consulting firm prior to attending law school. Mr. McHenry earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law.
Mr. McHenry’s expertise includes the following; representation of insurance carriers and employers in proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board throughout the state of California. Zealous representation of clients at Trials before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Involvement in all aspects of litigation and discovery, including cross-examination of medical experts, taking depositions of injured workers and drafting of medical-legal interrogatories to med legal evaluators. Representation of employers in matters involving discrimination under Labor Code Section 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct (Labor Code Section 4553).
Outside of work, Mr. McHenry enjoys spending time with and staying active with his wife and daughters.
