Eric Testan is a Senior Associate attorney at The Law Offices of Hirschl Mullen. He was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Chapman Law School of Law in 2009. Initially, his practice focused on creditors’ rights litigation, but since 2014, he has worked exclusively as a defense attorney in workers’ compensation on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
Eric strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner. He is dedicated to mitigating client exposure through proactive case management and aggressive litigation.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys going to concerts with his wife Kelly, playing pickleball with friends, and early morning walks with his dog June.
